ATM machines
The ATMs in the Markthal are only accessible during opening times of Markthal and the ATM of Albert Heijn during the applicable opening times. You can find an ATM Rabobank in the phlint nearbij entrance Blaak and you can find an ATM (In2Retail) on the marketfloor nearbij the escalators to level -1.
Charging station
There are no charging stations available. But you can rent a powerbank at the "De Stroombank" powerbank station, which you can find next to the escalator across from Cheese & More.
Disabled access
Markthal is easily accessible and accessible for the disabled. Please ask Security
Dry cleaning
Albert Heijn has a dry cleaning service.
Evac-chair
There is an evac-chair available for emergency's. Contact our security when needed.
Family
Baby care room;
Loovio has a baby care room. Loovio is located at -1, accessible by elevator or escalator in the middle of the hall.
First Aid kit
The first aid kit is located in the Management / Security office, which can be found via the entrance on the long side next to Andalus Fish.
Health
AED (Automatic External Defibrilator)
AEDs are available at various locations in Markthal.
Lost and found
Lost & found items can be brought / picked up at security, in the Management / Security office.
Package delivery
In our service point (unit 116) you can find package boxes of DHL and PostNL.
Photobooth
In Markthal you will find the photobooth on -1 for instant photos.
Public transport information.
On the interactive wayfinders you can find information regarding public transport in the Markthal area.
Toilets
You can visit OneHundred Restrooms in Markthal located at -1, accessible by elevator or escalator in the middle of the hall.
Wheelchair
1 wheelchair is available on request. You can report to the Management / Security office.
Kiddie rides
Your child can enjoy the fun 'play equipment' at various places in the Markthal.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is it possible to visit Markthal with a (large) group?
Yes, Markthal is perfect to visit with larger groups.
If you would like to eat all together with a group of 8 or more, you have a verity of options to eat on the terrace, or at one of the restaurants. Please contact the restaurant of choice for information and reservations.
Can you give me a tour?

I have a dog, can I bring him/her?
Yes, dogs are allowed, provided they are on a (short) leash
Which payment options do you have?
You can pay everywhere with a mastercard. Other creditcards or cash is at some points also possible. This may differ per stall. Please check at the stall of choice what the options are.
I'm visiting with a group, can I buy Markthal vouchers?
No, there are no Markthal vouchers or gift cards available.
Do I have to pay an entrance fee?
No, the entrance is completely free.
I have an event and/or meeting, can I book Markthal as an event space/location?
No, Markthal is a building with food stalls and restaurants and we do not have any space available for (private) meetings or events.
Some of the restaurants can be booked privately. Please contact the restaurants directly to check what the options are.

By entry of this building you agree upon the terms & conditions that apply.
It is not permitted:
- To cause (noise) nuisance, to gather together or to beg;
- To smoke (including e-cigarette) in the shopping center;
- Use and/or trade alcoholic beverages (without a fixed seat at one of the the catering establishments).
- Consumption of alcohol under the age of 18 is prohibited;
- Use and/or trade drugs;
- Hang out, sit in elevators, stairwells, escalators on balustrades or against storefronts;
- To bring a (moped) bicycle or a (moped)/(electric) bicycle;
- To roller skate, skate, rollerblade or use segways, hooverboards, steps, e-bikes, etc.;
- Do activities that can lead to damage and/or danger to persons or property;
- Carry with you prepared bags and/or bags intended to commit theft;
- Bringing dogs off a leash.
Without a license or permission from management:
- to survey;
- to collect;
- paste and distribute printed matter;
- play music;
- sell goods;
- take video recordings for commercial purposes.
If our residence rules are violated, action will be taken by the police, supervisors or security service. An official report is then possible.
