The Manti

The Manti is the first manta business in the Netherlands. Here you can enjoy fresh manti made according to traditional methods. This is a Turkish specialty from the Kayseri region, where the friendly owner also comes from. Every day, she is ready to share this delicacy from her region of origin with the visitors.

Manti can be compared to ravioli: it is made of dough filled with minced meat or potato. You can have these prepared with different sauces, including yogurt and tomato sauce. Besides manti there is also tursu available, a Turkish type of pickle but with different vegetables and sour in taste.
