At Hotbowl, you create your own culinary masterpiece in the form of a mini hotpot, also known as Malatang (an aromatic soup base).

With a wide assortment of various noodles, fresh vegetables, vegetarian delicacies, seafood, and meat, there is something for everyone. Guests have full control over the number of items and choice of broth, while a sauce bar stands next to the counter. Here, you can freely add homemade chili oil, extra garlic, or one of our other flavorful sauces. A Hotbowl is fully customizable to your taste, with the option to take your dish to go as well.
